JLOCC 2011 Gala

The Junior League of Orange County kicked off their Christmas Company Event with an opening bang.  The "Meet Me Under the Mistletoe Gala" had amazing local restaurants/caterers, great silent and live auction options as well as a solid DJ and live music as well.  If you missed this event, check out the photos and make sure you don't miss it next year!

Wooster at La Cave :: Newport Beach, CA

I love this description of Wooster, "You put some soul, hip hop, reggae, rock, and blues into a pot and stir it with your bare hands."  I think that sums them up pretty well.  Hailing from Santa Cruz, CA, Wooster has great energy and is always a good time live.

Below are a few pics from September 3rd, 2011 when they stopped in and played at a small little spot in Newport.

Another great song filled with soul is "Gonna Live Until The Day I Die".  Lead singer Brian Gallagher wrote for this one for his grandfather.  Definitely worth a listen:
